The role:
As an experienced, value driven Product Manager you will be pivotal in providing product leadership to our business. Through consulting, advising, and training internal teams on products, developing new features that meet customer demand, to working with marketing to develop compelling product-related communications, the Senior Product Manager ensures that our products deliver clear value to customers.
Location:
This role is based at the head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.
This is an office-based vacancy and as such we expect all applicants to be willing to commute to the office a minimum of 3-4 days per week as per the hybrid working policy.
Key responsibilities:
Product owner for product sprints
Identify customer needs/business requirements for product development. Collate and refine requests into final design briefs.
Prioritise workload for product development.
Make design decisions that demonstrate delivery of design specifications.
Ensuring product changes are in line with the overall business strategy.
Act as a technical escalation for other Product colleagues and departments as necessary.
Working with other departments
Act as a product guru and “go-to” product person for our state of the art platform.
Providing product knowledge to Sales and Solution Consultants to assist with bids.
Sharing delivery timeframes with the Project Management team.
Liaising with Engineering Services to ensure the priority of bugs is understood.
Providing internal training or awareness of products as required.
Updating customers
Running monthly webinars to brief customers on product news.
Contribute to the quarterly Product Roadmap.
Manage quarterly user forums to receive feedback and updates from users.
You:
Expected:
Bachelor’s degree or substantial relevant experience preferably within the cloud contact centre/IT sector.
Demonstrable experience of working in an Agile or equivalent environment.
Substantial experience in a Product Management/Development role.
Strong experience in a customer-facing role.
Good communication skills.
Proven ability to motivate and influence others.
Strong commercial acumen.
In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the UK or hold a valid work visa if applicable.
